岸边集装箱起重机金属结构检测

为正确了解港口用住友岸边集装箱起重机和VULKAN岸边集装箱起重机金属结构状态,本文介绍了对该机金属结构进行的应力测试、静刚度测试和焊缝质量检测。检测分为一般性检查和检验性测试。文中介绍了测试内容和方法。对检验性测试的数据进行了分析,指出了住友岸边集装箱起重机应力较大值出现在前、后拉杆,前门框上框架及前伸臂简支段。VULKAN岸边集装箱起重机应力较大值主要出现在前后拉杆处。

This paper describes test of quayside container cranes manufactured by SUMITOMO and VULKAN in order to investigate the state of their metal structures. The test comprises general inspection and inspection test. Items and procedure of test are introduced in the paper. Stresses and static stiffness of structure are measured and weld quality is inspected. Data obtained in inspection test are then analysed. Test shows that for SUMITOMO crane larger stresses appear at front and back ties, upper part of front supporting frame and within simply supported section of front boom, while for VULKAN crane they can be found at front and back ties.
