摘要 下运带式输送机的常用制动方式在使用中有局限性,利用阻尼板对输送带的摩擦力克服物料产生的下滑力,可以保证驱动电机在电动状态下正常工作。本文介绍阻尼式下运带式输送机工作原理,对输送带的张力进行了分析,并对阻尼系数进行测试。通过试验和应用样机表明用阻尼板作下运带式输送机的制动件是可行的。 The common hraking method for a down-ward belt conveyor has its limitation in application. The driving motor can be ensured to be working in driving status by utilising the frictional force of a damping plate under the belt to overcome the downward force caused by the material. This paper introduces the working principles of the damper type down-ward belt conveyor, analyses the belt tension, reports the test result of the damping coefficient. It has been shown by experiment and operatioonal prototype that it is feasible to use a damping plate as the braking element.
