牛膝精对环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制的防治作用

Protective Effect of Extract of Achynanthis Bidentatae on the Myelosuppression Induced by Cyclophosphamide

目的 探讨牛膝精对环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制的防治作用。方法 采用组织学和实验血液学技术 ,观察牛膝精对环磷酰胺所致毒性反应的影响。结果 牛膝精具有减轻环磷酰胺降低外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞以及增加骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的毒性作用。

Objective To survey the protective effect of ABE on the myelosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide.Methods Using techniques of histology and experimental hematology, the authers observed the effects of ABE on toxic response induced by cyclo-phosphamide.Results Results indicated that it could remarkably reduced the toxic response of decreasing WBC of peripheral blood and karyocytes of bone marrow and increasing micronucleus rates.Conclusion ABE can reduce the toxic response induced by cyclophosphamide.
