肥厚性心肌病患者血清瘦素浓度的测定

Observation of the Concentration of Serum Leptin in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

目的 通过测定肥厚性心肌病患者血清瘦素水平探讨肥厚性心肌病与血清瘦素浓度之间的关系。方法 4 0例肥厚性心肌病患者和 35例健康体检者均采用放射免疫法测定血清瘦素。结果 肥厚性心肌病患者血清瘦素浓度较健康对照组高 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To investigate the relationship between hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and serum leptin by measuring the level of serum leptin in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods The level of serum leptin was measured by the way of radioimmunoassay in 40 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and 35 healthy cases.Results The level of serum leptin in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The relationship between serum leptin and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is close.
