奥扎格雷钠治疗不稳定心绞痛的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Sodium Ozagrel on Unstable Angina

目的 研究奥扎格雷钠治疗不稳定心绞痛 (UA)的疗效。方法 5 5例UA患者随机分为治疗组 (2 7例 )与对照组 (2 8例 ) ,对照组给以常规治疗 ,治疗组在其基础上加用奥扎格雷钠 80mg ,静脉点滴 ,1d1次 ,疗程 10d。观察心绞痛缓解、缺血性心电图改善情况。结果 治疗组缓解心绞痛疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To study the effect of Sodium Ozagrel on unstable angina(UA).Methods Fifty-five cases of UA were randomly divided into treatment group(27 cases) and control group(28 cases).Patients in treatment group were treated with Sodium Ozagrel 80 mg by intravenous drip once a day for 10 days in addition to conventional therapy and those in control group were only given conventional therapy.Results Remission rate of angina in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium Ozagrel is an effective drug that should be selected in the treatment of UA.
