术前肾动脉化疗栓塞在肾癌根治术中的应用

Application of Renal Artery Chemoembolization on Renal Carcinoma Radical Nephrectomy before Operation

目的 探讨肾动脉化疗栓塞对肾癌根治术的意义。方法 对 2 5例肾癌患者术前 2～ 7d经股动脉穿刺行肾动脉化疗栓塞。结果 肾癌根治术时发现肾脏及瘤体缩小 ,张力下降 ,表面血管萎缩 ,部分瘤体坏死 ,术中出血减少 ,手术时间缩短。结论 对肾癌瘤体较大、根治性切除有困难者 ,术前行肾动脉化疗栓塞 ,能减少术中出血 ,便于根治切除 。

Objective To evaluate the significance of chemotherapy embolization of renal artery for radical nephrectomy.Methods Chemotherapy embolization of renal artery by puncturing femoral was adopted to a total of 25 cases of renal carcinoma 2～7 days before operations.Results During radical nephrectomy,the volume of renal and carcinoma decreased.The tension reduced.Part of the carcinoma was removed.The surface was shrank.It was effective to decrease operative bleeding and shorten the time of operation.Conclusions For patients with bigger renal carcinoma it is difficult to carry out radical nephrectomy. Embolization of renal artery before operation can reduce operative bleeding and convenient for radical nephrectomy and improve the rate of cure.
