小切口非超乳硬核白内障摘出加人工晶体植入

Small-incision Non-phacoemulcification on Cataract and Intraocular Lens Implantation

目的 探讨硬核 (Ⅲ级以上 )白内障采用小切口非超声乳化摘出加人工晶体植入的应用方法及疗效。方法对 74例 77眼硬核白内障施行 5 .5～ 6mm巩膜隧道小切口非超乳囊外摘出 ,象限咬切法娩核 ,Ⅰ期植入后房型人工晶体 74眼 ,术后定期观察角膜、前房炎症反应、散光等。结果 术后 3d、1个月、3个月矫正视力分别为≥ 1.0者6眼 (7.79% ) ,11眼 (14 .2 9% ) ,18眼 (2 3.38% ) ;≥ 0 .5者 32眼 (4 1.5 6 % ) ,5 6眼 (72 .73% ) ,6 0眼 (77.92 % )。术后无严重并发症 ,散光与超声乳化术相近。结论 对于硬核白内障采用小切口非超乳囊外摘出 ,疗效可靠 ,手术快捷 ,经济安全 ,对眼内组织损伤小 。

Objective To evaluate the methods and effects of small-incision non-phacoemulcification and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation on hard nucleus cataract surgery.Methods ECCE and IOL implantation was performed through a 5.5 mm sclera tunnel incision on 77 eyes of 74 patients with hard nucleus cataract,cutting a quarter of nucleus and removing the rest of nucleus.Then IOLs were implanted.Results 3 days,1 month and 3 months after operation the visual acuity was 1.0 (7.79%, 14.29%, 23.98% respectively) and 0.5(41.56%, 72.73%, 77.92% respectively).Conclusion The hard nucleus cataract is easy to be divided by Akira's quarters extraction technique,small-incision non-phacoemulcification is safe,economical and quickly with little damage and the effect is similar to phacoemulcification.
