BLT型鳞板输送机适用于输送大块或灼热的散状物料。其结构特点是槽体由钢板冲压成带挡边的波浪形底板,有足够的强度和刚度;牵引链与槽体用螺栓连按,自重轻。本文介绍其系列主参数与结构特点,推荐了该系列的选型与性能计算公式。
BLT type pan conveyor is suitable for the transport of large size lump material or hot bulk material. The trough of the conveyor consists of press formed wavelike bottom plates with side walls, which provide enough strength and stiffness, and is connected with towing chain through bolts featuring light weight. This paper introduces key parameters and constructional features of the series. The formulas for model size selection and performance calculation are also proposed.
