摘要
目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 C在肺鳞癌中的表达及对淋巴管生成的影响。方法 肺鳞癌组 40例 ,肺炎性假瘤组 10例。用免疫组化双染色和单染色法观察组织中VEGF C和淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体 1蛋白表达的情况。结果 肺鳞癌组织周边部淋巴管密度比内部明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ;肺鳞癌组织周边部VEGF C阳性细胞数比内部明显增多(P <0 0 1) ;VEGF C表达阳性细胞密度和淋巴管密度呈正相关 (r =0 90 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;在肺鳞癌组织中VEGF C异位表达在淋巴管内皮细胞上 ,而在血管和炎性假瘤组织淋巴管内皮细胞中未见表达 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 淋巴管生成产生在肺鳞癌组织内 ,VEGF C是肺鳞癌淋巴管生成的有力诱导剂。VEGF C异位表达提示
Objective To investigate the expression of the lymphangiogenic growth factor vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) in pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma and the effects of VEGF-C on the production of lymphoducts.Methods Single and double immunohistochemical staining for VEGF-C and the lymphatic vessel endothelial HA receptor-1(LYVE-1)for 40 patients with pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma and 10 patients with pulmonary poroma were performed.Results The density of lymphoducts in the perimeter of the pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma tissue is much higher than in the interior(P<0.01).VEGF-C expression rates in the perimeter of the pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in the interior(P<0.01).VEGF-C expression rates were positive correlated with the density of lymphoducts.That the malposition of VEGF-C in the endothelium of lymphoducts in the pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma tissues,but not in the endothelium of the blood vessels and in the endothelium of lymphoducts in pulmonary poroma shows great diversity between them.Conclusion The production of lymphoducts presented in the pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma tissue.VEGF-C is a potent inducer to the production of lymphoducts in the pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma tissue.The malposition of VEGF-C in the endothelium of lymphoducts in pulmonary squamocellular carcinoma tissues accelerates the production of lymphoducts in a pathological state.
