摘要
对湖北省风险投资公司管理机制的现状,从投资主体的机构、资本规模、投资规模、公司的性质及人员状况、风险投资机构组织制度、金融、法律和政策环境等几方面进行了调查分析,从而得出湖北省风险投资仍处于起步阶段,运营机制还很不规范,亟需采取多种措施加以完善的结论。
From the current status of management mechanism of venture investment firms in Hubei, investment structure,capital and investment size,function and staffs of invested enterprises,as well as environments of organization,finance,law and policies are investigated and analyzed. It is concluded that venture investment in Hubei is at the initial stage,its operation mechanism is not standardized and should be consummated in time.
