The pollution of the hydraulic system of a truck crane and its control

本文结合QY16、QY20、QY25型汽车起重机液压系统的污染形成过程、污染对系统的危害,阐明对汽车起重机液压油清洁度等级的要求。明确提出了在设计、制造和使用三个阶段控制液压系统污染的措施,从而降低了起重机的故障率,提高了可靠性。

By analysing the pollution formation process of the hydraulic system of a QY16, QY20, QY25 type truck crane and its damaging effect to the system, present paper describes the requirement to the grade of cleanness of the hydraulic oil used in a truck crane. It explicitly proposes the measures to be taken during three stages, i. e. design, manufacture and usage, to control the pollution of the hydraulic system, so that the failure rate of the crane can be reduced, and the reliability can he imoroved.
