摘要
在分析高新技术产业开发区产业演变内在机理的基础上,依据竞争排斥原理建立相应的微分方程模型,对4种情况分别分析了高新区内两产业之间竞争的结局,并以此为基础提出了相应的建议,为政府管理高新区、规划高新区产业发展、制定高新区政策提供了理论依据。
The inner mechanism of industry evolution is analyzed. A differential equation model is established according to the competition exclusion theory. The results of competition between two industries are discussed, on the basis of which relevant suggestions are put forward, offering theoretical guidelines for government to manage the high-tech industry zones, plan the development and make new policies.
