摘要
概述了关系市场营销的特征和产生的原因;分析了高新技术企业营销的特点与难点;提出了营销创新就是要采用关系营销的思想整合高技术企业的营销。
The idea of relationship marketing is a long-term exchange relationship, which has been established upon the common benefit of the customer, supplier, tradesman and other partners. Hence it is necessary to research relationship marketing, an advanced marketing idea which has been developed since 1990's, in order to provide some suggestions for high-tech enterprises in their marketing practice.
