摘要
研究了多级模糊综合评价在高校科技创新能力评价中的应用,建立了评价体系,对模糊性指标隶属度的处理进行了定量分析,确定了具体的评价模型。
Science & technology capability of universities is the main part of the whole innovation system in a country. To evaluate the science &technology innovation capability of universities effectively and scientifically is very important and valuable. An evaluation model on the science & technology innovation capability of universities according to the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established, which can be used as an effective means for university management in terms of innovation capability.
