摘要
首先对人才流失对企业并购带来的风险进行了分析;然后从文化、心理、管理和环境等方面全面分析了人才流失风险的产生原因;最后,从识别关键人才、文化整合、人员的合理配备以及激励政策等方面对如何防范人才流失风险提出了相应建议与对策。
The risks of influence of brain drain on Merger & Acquisition(M & A) are analyzed, and the possible reasons of brain drain risk from aspects such as cultures, psychology, management and environment are expounded. Countermeasures of how to prevent brain drain risks are presented from aspects of discernment of key talents, integration of culture, the reasonable personnel outfit and incentive policies.
