摘要
对我国城市水环境治理的融资机制进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了基于市场机制的城市水环境治理融资优化的新思路,探讨了其具体实现形式并建立相关数学模型进行量化研究。
The financing mechanism of urban water environment management in China is analyzed, on the basis of which a new thought of financing optimization is presented. The realization of this mechanism is discussed and a mathematic model is set up to quantify it.
