Analysis of the Two-Step Process Method in Project Risk Assessment

提出了一种融合层次分析法与模糊综合评价法以对项目进行风险评估的方法:二阶段分析法。这一方法适用于多方案择优过程中的项目风险评估。运用该方法可以弥补单独使用层次分析法或模糊分析法的不足,且在选出最优方案的同时,即可得出该方案的风险水平。

This study combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate project risk synthetically, which is called Two-step Process. It is most suitable for the project which has many alternatives to be selected. This can remedy the deficiencies of two types of approaches by not only selecting the most suitable alternative but also calculating the risk level of a scheme.
