Reflection on the Supplement Ways of Construction Capacity of Dredge Project in China

我国疏浚供给能力无法满足疏浚市场的需求,供给能力的缺口可能成为水运建设发展的一个瓶颈,甚至会影响整个交通运输业的发展。因此,我国必须以合适的方式增加疏浚供给能力。在分析每种能力补充的方式各有利弊之后,提出目前租用国外设备应成为弥补我国疏浚施工能力不足的有效方式。

In China, the supply capacity of the dredge market can not meet the market demand in recent years. The gap of supply capacity may become a bottleneck of the development of water transportation construction. It may even influence the development of the whole transportation industry. The dredge supply capacity must be increased in a suitable way. According to the present conditions in China, renting foreign equipment should be the effective way to remedy insufficient construction capacity.
