摘要
以山东省民营上市公司为例,运用因子分析法建立绩效评价模型,对民营上市公司盈利能力、偿债能力、资金管理能力和成长性4个方面的经营绩效从客观科学的角度进行了评价。
Taking private listed companies in Shandong province as an example, a performance evaluation model is established based on factor analysis. The performance of making profits, repaying the debts, managing capitals and development ability are evaluated from an objective scientific angle.
