摘要
ZG50SiMn铸钢车轮在铸造生产中经常出现裂纹,通过复合孕育处理,改善ZG50SiMn钢的组织与性能的研究表明,在钢中加入适量的RE-Ca-Ti,可使钢的组织细化,改善夹杂物的形态与分布,从而使钢具有较高的综合力学性能与耐磨性,克服一般低合金钢热裂的倾向。
Travelling wheel made of cast steel ZG50SiMn often cracks during casting. Duplex inoculation may improve structure and property of the steel. Research shows, addition of appropriate amount of RE-Ca-Ti will refine the structure of steel, improve morphology and distribution of inclusion and make the steel have higher comprehensive mechanical property and wear resistance, avoiding thermal cracking typical for ordinary low alloy steel.
