摘要
科技投入社会化是科技能力建设的核心 ,也是衡量科技竞争力高低的主要指标。本文实证研究了我国科技投入社会化进程 。
The socializaing in science and technology invest ment is a key to the capacity on sicence and technology.It is a main factor of competence for science and technology.This article studies the process of socializing in science and technology investment in China from 1995 to 2001,and advances a new thinking of the building of sicence and technology in our country.
