摘要
本文以合作研发为背景 ,提出了企业间知识共享的概念模型 ,以此来分析企业间知识共享的微观机制。研究认为跨组织知识共享是私有知识向共有知识转移的过程 ,资源依赖、组织学习是企业间知识共享的动力 ,而信任决定企业间知识共享的最终成果。本文最后研究了企业文化、组织学习能力。
This paper puts forward a knowledge sharing concept ua l model based on the cooperative R&D,and analyses the micro-mechanism of the kno wledge sharing between enterprises.The research considers that knowledge sharin g between enterprises is a process from private knowledge to public knowledge.Re source dependence and organizational learning are the two motive factors of know ledge sharing,and confidence determines its outcome.At last,the paper studies th ree influencing factors,enterprise culture,organizational learning ability and t he characters of technology,and analyses their effects on knowledge sharing betw een enterprises.
