摘要
“融知—发酵”模型是知识管理领域一个新的理论 ;该理论建构的一个基础问题涉及了知识的认识论和方法论的本质问题。该理论具有很强的解释性和实践的可操作性 ;与以往的单纯逻辑分析、一般的社会学、哲学的解释有所不同 ;它的建立是基于组织知识管理的理论和实践基础上 ,历史和现实地剖析了组织知识活动的本质和规律 ,并建设性提出了知识管理的基础问题和模式。本文主要从认识论和方法论角度解释这个理论的合理性、逻辑性、实践性等。
elt-ferment' model is a new theory in knowledge organization. It inv olved the epistemology and methodology of knowledge management when construct th e theory. The theory has more strong operation, different from simple logic, soc iology and philosophy interpret. It anatomy the essence and rule of knowledge o rganization historical and realistic, and advance basic problem and model. The a rticle try to make clear the theory in rationality, science, logicality and prac tice in epistemology and methodology.
