摘要
文章介绍了采用带反滚轮式的滚轮回转支承装置,支承装置的抗倾覆稳定性计算及反滚轮组件的主要受力件计算。为进一步提高门座起重机回转部分和整机的抗倾覆能力,采用了机电联合作用的抗倾覆保护装置,介绍了保护装置的电气原理。
This paper presents the roller support swivelling unit with counter rollers, stability calculation of the supporting unit against tilting, calculation of the main load carrying elements of the counter roller component. In order to further improve the anti-tilt capability of the swivelling part and the portal crane as a whole, an anti-tilt protective device with combined effects of mechanical and electrical parts is used. This paper introduces the electrical principle of the protective device.
