试论“两课”教学与学生教育管理的“四个结合”

摘要 侧重于理论教育的“两课”教学与侧重于实践教育的学生教育管理如何进行有机结合,以增强德育的实效性,一直是“两课”教学工作者与学生教育管理工作者普遍关心和探讨的问题。解答这一问题的有效答案是实现4个结合,即:两课体系与学生教育管理体系相结合;两课教学内容与学生教育管理内容相结合;两课教学法与学生教育管理工作方法相结合;两课教师队伍与学生教育管理工作相结合。 How the teaching of the “Two Courses”emphasizing theoretical education and the management of ideological education of students stressing practice education should be combined organically so as to enhance the practical effect in moral education has continuously been a topic which both the teachers of the “Two Courses”and management workers of student ideological education are concerned with and delve into. The effective answer keys to this question is the combination of the “Two Courses”(A) and the management of student ideological education (B)in such 4 aspects as the combination of the systems of A and B,the combination of contents of A and B, the combination of methods of A and B and the combination of the teachers in A and management workers in B.
