就图书馆人力资源管理模式的“多维管理”内涵、“人本管理”特色及“自动化管理”形式等方面作了初步的探讨 。

The article makes an initial study on the following issues: the connotation of multi-dimensional management of the pattern of human resources in a library; the characteristics of humanity-oriented mode and the automatic management form. The author intends to make some practical suggestions in order to establish an ideal system in the construction of human resource management.
