随着现代通讯技术和信息技术的应用 ,我国图书馆业正面临一场深刻的革命———由传统图书馆向现代图书馆转变。文章以安徽财经大学图书馆实际工作为例 ,就如何实现由传统图书馆向现代图书馆转变 。

With the application of modern communications and information technology, libraries are experiencing a great change——a change from traditional libraries to modern ones. This paper presents a transformation of time-and-space approach to cope with the changing environment which has already been practiced in the library of Anhui University of Finance and Economics.
