摘要
框锯机锯切工件表面加工质量在很大程度上取决于进给速度和锯切速度的匹配关系。锯切速度曲线是不可变的,但进给速度曲线随进给机构杆长比的不同而变化。为了寻求合理的进给机构杆长比范围,建立了优化设计数学模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的可行性。
The quality of the workpiece surface is subject to the matching relation between the feed speed and the sawing speed to some large extent. The sawing speed curve is unchangeable, but the feed speed curve can be different with different length ratio of members of the feeding mechanism. To pursue the proper length ratio range of the mechanism, an optimization design mathematic model is made and an example is taken to prove the feasibility of the model.
