摘要
在对连铸生产工艺背景及工艺约束进行分析的基础上,以使所有连铸机上组成每一个浇次的炉次之间因差异引起的费用最小为目标函数,构造了最优浇次的数学规划模型,并基于该模型,提出了先将所有待优化的炉次聚类成若干个浇次(浇次数已知),然后对每个浇次应用基于Tabu搜索的非线性遗传算法,仿真结果表明该算法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of technologic constraint in continuous casting process,the mathematical programming model of optimal cast is proposed,whose objective function is to minimize the penalty due to the difference between heats.To solve the model,first some methods are used to cluster the charges,then the nonlinear genetic algorithm based on Tabu search technique is proposed to evolution.The simulation results show the correctness and efficiency of the presented methods.
