以2,6 二氯苯胺为起始原料,经缩合、酰化、环化、水解、精制得双氯灭痛。五步总收率达到46.7%.并详细讨论了各步的最佳条件,得出最佳方案。本工艺操作简单,适宜工业大生产。

Diclofenac sodium was prepared with 2,6-dichloroanline as raw material by condensation, acylation, ring, hydrolyzate and refining. Its yield is up to 46.7%. Optimum method was attained by discussing every portion in detail. Operating is so simple that this process is apt to industrial production.
