摘要
带式输送机的输送带在工作运行过程中会产生弹性变形,并在托辊间引起垂度变化。根据这两个因素探讨了带式输送机固定拉紧装置拉紧力的计算方法,即利用逐点张力计算法求出两种设定工况的四点张力,依据闭合周长总的弹性变形不变的原则求得拉紧力,从而为准确确定输送机的拉紧力提供了可靠的依据。
Elasticity deformation of belt can be produced during operation and cause verticality change of roller. Based on the above two factors, the thesis discussed the calculating method of pull force exerted on rigidly fixed slack adjuster, which uses the point-to-point pull force to calculate the four point pull force under supposed working conditions. In the light of the principle that the general elasticity in a closed system can never be changed, the pull force can be derived.
