摘要
组合式液压弯管夹具由液压弯管器、摇臂、压紧器、定位器、滚轮和支座等二十多种通用部件组成。介绍了这些部件的结构特点和动作原理,是技术方向好,有创新、符合生产实际需要的通用化弯管夹具。
A combined hydraulic apparatus for bending pipes consists of more than 20 general components, such as hydraulic bending unit, rocker arm, cramp, position fixture, roller and pedestal, etc. The structural characteristics and actuation principles of these components are presented in this paper. It is a technically advanced general pipe bending apparatus suited to the practical production.
