摘要
主要从五个方面讨论了素质教育中教师应具有的角色定位,认为素质教育中教师应该是创造型的教师、引导型的教师、交流型的教师、方法型的教师和因材施教的教师。
From five aspects, it is to give the definition of the teachers' role in quality-oriented education. The author believes a teacher in quality-oriented education should be a creative, guiding, exchanging, method-teaching teacher and a teacher who teaches students in accordance with their aptitude.
