摘要 D-2-脱氧核糖是一种重要的生物试剂,它是核酸的重要组成部分,也是某些维生素及辅酶的组分,在细胞核中起遗传作用,与生命现象有关,在生理上非常重要。介绍了当前国内外合成D-2-脱氧核糖的方法,并对各合成方法的优缺点进行了分析。 2-Deoxy-D-ribose, an important biochemical, is a significant component of nucleic acid and also a component of some vitamins and coenzymes. It plays the role of inheritance in cell nucleus, and has something to do with biological phenomena. It is a very important substance in physiology. Advantages and shortcomings of each synthesis method of 2-deoxy-D-ribose were analyzed.
