摘要
用Mn13钢制造的民品履带板,在使用不到一个月时断裂。用金相显微镜和扫描电镜等手段对断裂原因进行分析,结果表明:履带板早期失效的主要原因是因浇注温度高、结晶凝固速度慢,导致在晶界析出大量碳化物,而使钢脆性增大。
By fracture cause analysis with metallurgical microscope and stereoscan shows that earlier fracture is caused of high temperature casting of creeper tread which makes crystals condense at low speed which educes great deal of carbonide around the crystal which increases brittleness of steel.
