工程建设监理工作的好坏决定监理工程师的素质的高低。监理工程师必须重视从"德"、"知"、"道"、"勤"四个方面努力,提高自身素质。
The quality of supervisory engineer is quite important which decides engineering building supervisory work better or worse. The supervisory engineer must train hemself from morality, intelligence, work ability and affection four respects for rising the quality of hemself.
