随着近年来世界科技、经济、贸易一体化,商业秘密这一术语在国际经济往来中广泛应用,商业秘密的保护也逐渐成为一个国际性的问题。与国外相比而言,我国商业秘密的保护相对滞后,与商业秘密有关的实践活动也遇到不少难以解决的新问题,不仅严重损害了权利人的利益,而且扰乱了经济秩序。故加强商业秘密的保护,就成为一个现实的问题。
Business secrets enjoy a wide application in the dealings of international economy, with the integration of the world science and technology, economy, and trade. The protection of business secrets has grown into an international issue. Compared with other countries, the protection of business secrets in China is relatively lagging behind. Practices related with business secrets are confronted with numerous problems hard to cope with. All this not only greatly jeopardizes the interests of obligees, but also upsets the economic orders. Therefore strengthening the protection of business secrets is an actual issue awaiting a solution. .
