论教学过程中的师生“互动”

摘要 教学过程是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程。而要实现教学过程中真正意义上的师生互动,每位教师必须深刻理解其内涵和意义,准确把握其所具有的平等性、交互性、共振性、连续性和多样性等基本特点,并积极主动地在精心创设的教学情境、科学设计的教学过程,注重设置活动课程,娴熟地运用评价艺术,从参与互动等方面着手,使其在良性运行中收到良好的成效。 Teaching is a process for the teacher and his students to have communication, active interaction and collaborative growth. The actualization of teacher-student interaction during teaching depends heavily on each teacher's deep understanding of its connotation and significance, its features like egality, interactivity, resonance, continuity and diversity. Teachers should also attach great importance to activity curricula, evaluation art and take the initiative in participating in interaction to ensure that it works properly and effectively.
