加强大学生法律素质培养的思考

On Developing Students' Legal Quality

加强大学生的法律素质培养,是建设社会主义法治国家的需要。本文针对当前大学生的法律素质现状,提出了创设良好的社会环境、重视普法工作、加强学科建设、引导学生自律和加大查处力度等五点建议。

Developing students' legal quality is necessary for constructing socialist countries governed by laws. Based on the present situation of students' legal quality, this paper gives some advice like giving good social environment, paying attention to law popularization work, strengthening discipline construction, guiding students to contain themselves and devoting more efforts to investigating and prosecuting.
