摘要
本文针对半自由飞动导数实验对天平元件提出的升力、侧向力、俯仰力矩和偏航力矩大,而滚转力矩要很小,并要有较高灵敏度的特殊要求,应用目前出现的一些新的设计思想和设计方法,提出了一种高灵敏度天平元件综合设计新方法。该方法能够全面地分析和综合各因素对天平性能的影响,有效地提高天平元件设计质量并缩短设计周期,还能够有针对性地提高单向设计指标,以满足特殊实验要求。文中同时给出了矩形截面扭转系数拟合算法和滚转力矩天平元件优化设计算法。
In this paper,the comprehensive design method of a highsensitivity roll balance element is mainly discussed to aim at dynamicderivative test.In this way,the factors to affect balance quality can becomprehensively analysed and synthesized to raise effectively the strain-definition ratio and cut down the design period and give prominence toa design demand. At the same time,a balance element optimum designalgorithm and an example are given in this paper.
