绍兴市淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗药性现状调查

Investigation on Resistance of culex pipiens pallens from Shao xin to five kinds of Insecticides

采用浸渍法测定绍兴市淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,结果显示:该市淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、三氯杀虫酯、仲丁威、二氯苯醚菊酯、溴氰菊酯已产生抗性,与敏感品系比较;抗性倍数分别为8.95倍、7.45倍、1.56倍、1.75倍、1.92倍,以敌敌畏的抗性最高。

The resistance to conventional insecticides of culex pipiens pattens from shaoxin were studied with dipping method. The results showed the tested mosquitos had resistance to DDVP, Acetofenate ,Bassa,permethrin and P-decamethrin. To compare with the susceptible strains,the resistance raties were 8. 95 times,7. 45 times,1. 56 times,1. 75 times and 1. 92 times respectively. The resistance of DDVP was the highest.
