摘要 目的 了解不同海拔高度对人体血压的影响,为急进高原施工作业部队的卫生防病积累资料。方法 采用DS—114型电脑数字血压表,对1030名施工官兵在不同海拔高度进行血压测量,观察不同海拔高度人体血压的变化。结果 (1)随海拔高度的增加,收缩压、舒张压均升高,收缩压升高幅度大于舒张压,脉压增加,不同海拔高度的收缩压、舒张压、脉压相差非常显著(p<0.01)。(2)不同海拔高度的高血压、临界高血压、低血压的发生率表现复杂,高血压发病率无明显规律,临界高血压的发生率呈增高趋势,低血压发病率在进入高原后呈降低趋势。结论 急进高原低氧环境可引起血压升高,对收缩压的影响大于舒张压;急进高原低氧环境后,机体代偿以影响收缩压为主,而失代偿时表现复杂;高原锻炼有增强心缩力的作用。 We did this investigage to know more about of the different plateau heights on human blood pressure,so that could do better in sanitation direction for troops lorking in plateau. We used the DS-114 type computurized sphygmoanomenter made in Japan to measure the blood pressure of 1030 armymen in different heights of 1560m,2800m.3480m and 5050m. The results are the following, (l)the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure increase with the height,but the systolic pressure increase more,so the pulse pressure increases with height rising. The systolic pressur.the diastolic pressure and the pulse pressure are of significant difference(p<0. 01 )in the different heights. (2)it is very complicated in the incidence show of hypertension,hypotenion and critical hypertension in the different heights, there is no greate rising change with the heigh rising in hypertension incdence,but the critied hypertension incience incerease and the hypotension increases decreases. We conclude that in the emergeney entrance of plateau environment the oxygen shortage may lead to hypertension with more effects on systolie pressure than on diastolic pressre and the body compensates for the oxygen with elevating the systolic pressure, exercise in platean can strenghten the contract force of the heart.
