“中药外敷膏”对家兔乳腺增生模型作用的实验研究

Experimental study on effect of ZHONGYAO WAIFU GAO on hyperplasia of mammary glands of rabbits

目的研究“中药外敷膏”对家兔乳腺增生模型的治疗作用及其机制。方法用已烯雌酚复制家兔乳腺增生模型,给予“中药外敷膏”外敷治疗,观察“中药外敷膏”对家兔乳房的大体形态、组织学形态及血清雌激素水平的影响。结果“中药外敷膏”能明显抑制模型组家兔乳腺增生,减轻其病理变化,降低血清雌二醇的水平。结论“中药外敷膏”对实验性家兔乳腺增生病具有明显的治疗作用,其机制可能是通过调节机体性激素水平来实现的。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of 'ZHONGYAO WAIFU GAO' on hypermplasia glands of rabbits and its mechanism. Method: The rabbit models of hyperplasia of mammary glands were replicated by injecting diaethylstilbestrol, The ' ZHONGYAO WAIFU GAO' was given to the rabbit models by application method and the effects of 'ZHONGYAO WAIFU GAO' on the gross appearance and histological structure of the breasts and the levels of serum estrogens were observed. Results: 'ZHONGYAO WAIFU GAO' significantly inhibited the proliferation of mammary glands, relieved the pathological changes and reduced the levels of serum estradiol in model rabbits. Conclusion: 'ZHONGYAO WAIFU GAO' is effective obviously in the treatment of rabbits with experimental hyperplasia of mammary glands, its mechanism may be that it can adjust the level of female hormone in vivo.
