摘要
目的探讨胃癌周围淋巴结转移的规律,为临床治疗提供主要依据.方法对1995～2002年间行187例胃癌根治手术的病例,进行临床资料整理,分析胃癌周围淋巴结转移的关系.结果影响胃癌淋巴结转移的因素依次为肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度大小、大体类型及病人的年龄.结论肿瘤浸润深度和分化程度是影响胃癌周围淋巴结转移的主要因素.
Objective: To explore the nature of lymphatic metastasis of stomach carcinoma and help clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The date of 187 case receiving operation between 1995~2002 were analyzed for the relationship with lymphatic metastasis. Results: Degree of the influencing factors of the lymphatic metastasis of stomach carcinoma analysis: the affected depth > the differentiating degree of the tumor>tumor size>the massive type of the tumor >age. Conclusion: The major influencing factors of the lymphatic metastasis of stomach carcinoma are affected depth and differentiating degree of tumor.
