摘要
目的 :探讨军事飞行员职业自我效能感的构成并建构相应的测量工具 .方法 :通过对军事飞行员职业自我效能感进行理论分析、现场访谈和问卷调查 ,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子技术 ,对军事飞行员职业自我效能感的内在结构进行了探讨 .结果 :军事飞行员职业自我效能感由适应效能、飞行效能、成就效能和体能效能等 4个因子构成 .并据此建立了由 15个条目组成的军事飞行员职业自我效能感量表 .结论 :该量表具有较好的信度和效度 .
AIM: To develop a perceived professional self-efficacy scale for military aviators. METHODS: The intra-structure of the perceived professional self-efficacy was explored by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the basis of theoretical analysis, interview and questionnaire survey. RESULTS: The self-efficacy for military aviators consisted of 4 factors: 'adaptation to situation', 'flying performance', 'personal achievement', and 'physical state'. CONCLUSION: The perceived professional self-efficacy scale for military aviators is developed and the reliability and criterion-related validity of the scale are satisfying.
