Working Principle of Windshield Wiper System on Audi 100 Car

奥迪(Audi)100型轿车的刮水系统设计合理,工作可靠,结构先进,具有点动、慢速、快速、间歇、洗涤和电动机自动复位6种功能,6种功能由组合开关中刮水器开关的不同档位来实现。在简介其工作原理后,指出该刮水器的突出特点是汽车启动时能自动断电,启动后又自动恢复,避免了刮水系统与启动机争用电能的矛盾。

The windshield wiper system of Audi 100 car is designed reasonably with advanced structure. It works with high relieablity, and has six functions including crawling, low speed, highspeed* and intermittent operation washing and motor automatic resetting. These functions are realized by controlling different positions of the wiper switch in the combined switch. After briefly introducing its working principle, it is pointed out that the peculiar characteristic of this wiper is able to automaticly break out its electric supply when engine starting and resume after starting. So the contradiction of using electric energy between the starter and the wiper is avoided.
