Establish the industrial zone outside and exploit the development space in Wenzhou

针对当前温州经济发展过程中遇到的种种问题,提出建立体外工业园区的发展新思路,拓展温州发展空间,保持温州经济的持续、健康发展;从温州建立体外工业园的必要性、可行性和实施方案等方面进行了探讨。

In this paper we aim at all kinds of problems in the economic development of Wenzhou currently, and put forward the new and developmental idea of establishing the industrial zone outside. We attempt to exploit the development space in Wenzhou, and to make the economy sustaining and favorable. In addition, we studied the necessary,feasibility and executive projects etc.
