摘要
阐述了模拟汽车运行工作的发动机动态性能试验台的采样与控制系统。采用两个闭环控制系统完成发动机的负荷调节和测功机的加载,介绍了硬件设计方案与软件的编制原则。最后把试验台测得的结果与道路试验结果进行了对比。
This paper describes the sampling and control system of an engine dynamic performance test bed simulating the running conditions of motor vehicles. Two closed loop control systems are used for regulating engine load and loading of the dynamometer in this bed. The paper presents the design of its hardware and the programming principles of its software. Finally, the experimental results obtained respectively on test bed and on road are compared.
