γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、丙氨酸转氨酶及其比值在肝癌诊断中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨 (研究 )血清γ 谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)和GGT与丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)比值在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值。方法分健康对照组、肝硬化组、原发性肝癌组 ,分别测定 3组外周血清中的GGT及ALT活性 ,并计算GGT与ALT的比值。结果与健康对照组比较 ,肝硬化组和原发性肝癌组的外周血GGT及ALT活性均显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;原发性肝癌组与肝硬化组比较 ,GGT活性显著增高 ,但ALT活性无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ;三组GGT与ALT比值比较 ,健康对照组与肝硬化组之间无显著性差异 ,但二组均与原发性肝癌组存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论外周血清中GGT活性及GGT与ALT的比值有鉴别肝硬化及原发性肝癌的价值 。 Objective To invetigate the potential role of serum GGT and GGT/ALT ratio in diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods The activities of peripheral blood serum GGT and ALT were determined in patients with primary liver cancer, cirrhosis of liver and normal controls respectively. Then the rate of GGT/ALT was calculated. Results Compared with those in normal controls,the activities of serum GGT and ALT in the patients with cirrhosis and primary liver cancer were remarkably elevated with a significant difference(P<0.05);the activity of GGT was greatly increased in the group of primary liver cancer compared with that in the group of liver cirrhosis whiereas the ALT activity was not significantly different in these two groups(P>0.05);the rate of GGT/ALT was not significantly differen tbetween the group of cirrhosis and normal controls,but there was a significant difference between the group of primary liver cancer and the other two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Serum GGT activity and the rate of GGT/ALT might be valuable in differntiating primary liver cancer from cirrhosis of liver and helpful in diagnosis of primary liver cancer in clinical practice.
