利尿合剂治疗原发性高血压及对血糖的影响

Analysis on Treatment of Primary Hypertension with Combining Diuretics and its Influence on Blood Sugar

目的 观察利尿合剂治疗原发性高血压病的疗效及对合并糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法 选择 80 例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性高血压患者,采用 1∶1 随机分层分组,利尿合剂组(A 组)与卡托普利组(B 组)各 40 例,观察两组经 8 周治疗前后血压值(SBP 及 DBP)。同时对于两组中合并糖尿病者,比较治疗前后空腹血糖值(FBS)。结果 A 组显效 32例,有效 5 例,无效 3 例,总有效率 92.50%;B 组显效 26 例,有效 8 例,无效 5 例,总有效率 85.00%。两组降压疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),作用相仿;对于合并糖尿病患者,A 组对血糖影响差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 利尿合剂治疗原发性高血压患者降压疗效确切,对合并糖尿病患者降低、稳定血糖作用可靠。

Objective To observe curative effect of primary hypertension treated with combined diuretics and its influence on blood sugar in complicated diabetes patients. Method 80 cases of first and second stage primary hypertension patients are selected and divided into two groups with same numbers by unintentional sampling. Then a comparison is made between Group A with combined diuretics and Group B with ACEI to see SBP and DBP in two groups after eight-week treatment. At the same time, a comparison is also made between the complicated diabetes patients in two groups to see FBS before and after treatment. Result After treatment, in 40 cases of Group A, 32 cases are shown with distinctive curative effect, 5 cases with curative effect and 3 cases with no curative effect, thus total effective percentage is 92.50%. In 40 cases of Group B, 26 cases are shown with distinctive curative effect, 8 cases with curative effect and 5 cases with no curative effect, thus total effective percentage is 85.00%. From the comparisons, there is no distinctive difference between two groups in regard to lowering the blood pressure (P >0.05) with the same effect. As for complicated diabetes patients of 12 cases in Group A and 11 cases in Group B before and after treatment, the result is: in Group A t=2.768 and P <0.05, in Group B t=0.460 and P >0.05. There is distinctive difference in regard to blood sugar between two groups. Conclusion The curative effect in lowering blood pressure has been confirmed in treatment of unknown-reason hypertension by application of combined diuretics in form of Chinese herbal medicines. And it also has curative effect on lowering and stabilizing blood sugar in complicated diabetes patients.
